Returns Guidelines

Generally:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please complete the following Return Form and return with the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a quick exchange, refund, or credit. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all components. Once your return is received and processed, you will be notified via email.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Just a Few Exceptions:
The following items are not returnable: personalized items, custom made items or damaged (unless in shipping) or abused items. We cannot accept returns on close-out or sale items unless it was documented by the shipping company as damaged in transit.

Restocking Fee:

We believe in doing business the old fashion way, treating our customers special, no restocking fees, ever.

Shipping & Handling Fees:

Shipping & Handling fees will only be refunded if the item was defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
If the personalized / customized product was made incorrectly we will pay the shipping and handling fees upon the product(s) being returned for replacement.
